I’m Sheena Matthews, and first, I just want to say I’m so glad you’re here. I see it every single day in my work as a full-time personal trainer at the gym.

Honestly, one of the hardest parts of my job isn’t writing workout plans or teaching proper form—it’s seeing people who want my help but can’t afford the price tag. Gym sessions are expensive—like $120 an hour expensive. And in these crazy times, I know that’s just not possible for everyone.

It breaks my heart when someone comes up to me at work asking for training but walks away because it’s just too much. That’s why I’m here doing this. I want to make my coaching accessible in a way that helps you. You deserve guidance and support you can actually use—without the stress or the high price tag.
