What exactly do I get with the Personal Training Plan?
You’ll get a fully personalized fitness plan built just for you every single week. I’ll tailor it to your level, your goals, and even the equipment you have (or don’t have!). Each plan includes clear instructions and video demonstrations of the exercises I use with my own clients. You’ll know exactly what to do without guessing.
How is the Personal Training + Nutrition Plan different?
This option gives you everything in the training plan plus a personalized nutrition guide every week. If you want help with meal ideas, healthier eating, or specific goals like losing weight or gaining muscle, I’ll build you meal plans that match your training. It’s all delivered together every Sunday so you can start the week strong.
How does the weekly plan delivery work?
Every Sunday, you’ll get your brand-new plan (and nutrition guide if you chose that) sent straight to your inbox as a PDF or Google Doc. I build these on weekends personally so they’re 100% tailored to you.
Do I have to be experienced to sign up?
Absolutely not. I love helping beginners! You’ll tell me your level (beginner, intermediate, expert), and I’ll design the plan that’s right for you. No gym intimidation here—just real guidance that meets you where you are.
What if I’m a complete beginner?
Perfect. Tell me you’re a beginner in your intake form, and I’ll start you with the fundamentals. We’ll focus on form, simple movements, and steady progression. I’m here to help you feel comfortable and confident.
How do I tell you my goals or fitness level?
After you sign up, you’ll fill out my intake form to share your goals, fitness level, what you want to work on (like weight loss, stronger arms, building a booty—yes, let’s get that 🍑), and anything else you want me to know.
When will I receive my personalized plan each week?
Every Sunday! I design them over the weekend so they’re fresh and custom for you, and they go out by 6 PM Eastern.
Can I change my goals or focus area after signing up?
Of course. Just email me anytime. Fitness is a journey, and goals evolve. Let me know what you want to focus on next, and I’ll adapt your plan.
Do you offer 1-on-1 live coaching calls?
Not at this time. I work full-time as a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, so my schedule is packed. My assistant will help manage emails during working hours, and I will personally design your plan every weekend. This way, you get a fully customized experience without the high cost of private sessions.
How personalized are the meal plans?
Very! I’ll ask about your goals (lose weight, gain muscle), allergies, dietary restrictions, and preferences (vegetarian, vegan, etc.). Every week, you’ll get new ideas designed just for you.
Do you take food allergies and dietary restrictions into account?
Absolutely. Just tell me in the intake form, and I’ll make sure your meal plans avoid those ingredients while still supporting your goals.
Who is this program for? Can anyone sign up?
This program is for any adult who wants real, sustainable fitness results. I customize every plan to your personal goals, experience level, and needs. I have injuries or limitations—can you help modify the plan?
Yes. Be sure to tell me in the intake form. I’m a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, so I can design safe, effective modifications that work around your needs.
How do I cancel my subscription if I need to?
You can cancel anytime, no contracts. Just let me know, and I’ll help process it.
What happens if I miss a week or fall behind?
No worries at all. Life happens! Just pick up with your new weekly plan when you’re ready. And if you need adjustments to make it easier to catch up, let me know.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. It’s a month-to-month subscription. Cancel anytime if it’s not the right fit for you.
How do I contact you if I have questions about my plan?
Just use the contact form on my website or email me directly. My assistant helps monitor messages during the week to make sure nothing is missed. While I’m working full time training clients, they’ll help keep things organized so I can personally review your questions and get back to you as soon as possible.

Will I need special equipment?

Absolutely. A single in-person session costs over $120 an hour. I’m giving you a whole month of personalized plans for less. These are the exact workouts and methods I use with my in-person clients, tailored for you, delivered every week.
I’m not tech-savvy—will I be able to use your materials?
Yes! Everything is simple and clear. You’ll get a PDF or Google Doc you can open on any device. If you ever have trouble, just email me and I’ll help.
