Exercise Demonstration Videos
Every exercise includes video instruction demonstrating proper form, technique, and execution so you can train safely, confidently, and effectively.
Direct Access To Me
You’ll have direct access to me via text message whenever you need support, guidance, or answers to your questions. As a full-time personal trainer, I spend my days coaching clients in the gym, but I always do my best to respond the same day. My preferred response hours are between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST.
Email Support
Email support is available anytime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. My certified coaching assistant and I monitor support requests and will respond within 24 hours at the latest.
Bi-Weekly Coaching Calls
Every two weeks, we’ll meet for a private 15-minute Zoom coaching session. We can discuss progress, exercise form, motivation, obstacles, accountability, or anything else you’re struggling with. During these sessions, you have my full attention.
